Cancellation & Refund Policy

SHADAB ALAM believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • SHADAB ALAM does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund or replacement may be provided if the customer establishes that the product delivered was of poor quality.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue on their end. This must be reported within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 15 days of receipt. After reviewing the complaint, an appropriate decision will be taken.
  • For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer such issues directly to the respective manufacturer.
  • In case any refund is approved by SHADAB ALAM, it may take 16–30 days for the amount to be processed and credited to the customer.
